Located on the south east corner of the third floor, Unit 310 consists of a 890sf lab with one fume hood and an adjoining 320sf office. The unit will become available for rent as of December 1, 2018.

A tenant improvement allowance is available based on rental rate, length of term and the strength of the tenant’s covenant.

Parking is available (2 stalls per 1,000sf) along with free access to shared meeting room on the 3rd floor. Utilities and janitorial are included. Located on the BCIT Campus, there are a variety of food service options and tenants can access the recreation facilities with an external membership.
