Discovery Place Overview

With 15 buildings and more than 500,000 square feet of space, Discovery Place is home to some of the worldÕs leading technology companies, including Electronic Arts (Canada), Kodak, and HSBC. Promising start-up companies also have made Discovery Place their place of business, including Protiva Biotherapeutics and Xenon Pharmaceuticals.

Construction has commenced for the DiscoveryGreen Building, being built on the last remaining site within Discovery Place. DiscoveryGreen is a 150,000 square foot LEED Gold Standard building, soon to become the city's most sustainable commercial building to date.
