Renovated in 2003, the Multi Tenant Facility 1 is home to companies looking to commercialize their technology on campus.
SFU operates a Business Development Centre within the Multi Tenant Facility, providing incubation space for SFU spin-off and other start-up companies. The BDC features furnished offices, work stations and a service area.
