SFU Overview

Situated at the top of Burnaby Mountain, approximately 30 minutes away from downtown Vancouver, Simon Fraser University is home to more than 130,000 square feet of space designed for technology and research-based companies. Three facilities in this prestigious research park are geared towards research and commercialization.

Located in Multi Tenant Facility 1, SFU operates a Business Development Centre for both SFU spin-offs and small start-up companies. The BDC occupies 6,900 square feet and features furnished incubation offices, workstations, and a service area.

The SFU campus provides tenants with a wealth of amenities and services, ranging from fitness facilities and food services to the W.A.C. Bennett Library.
