200,000 SQUARE FEET OF TECHNOLOGY SPACE ON BRITISH COLUMBIA’S LARGEST CAMPUS

UBC

Located on the spectacular University of British Columbia (UBC) campus, Discovery Parks has developed more than 200,000 square feet of space geared towards research-based technology companies.

Comprising three buildings, Gerald McGavin Building, Donald Rix Building and Technology Enterprise III, all with full wet-lab capability, UBC spin-off companies can commercialize and expand while retaining established networks on campus. Outside companies are encouraged to tap into UBC amenities and services while developing linkages with the research community.

UBC is a leading North American institution for research and advancement in the fields of medicine, science and technology.
