Our building technician services are provided on a contractual arrangement through Colliers Management Services, which broadens the scope of our building maintenance and professional services. Each building has an assigned maintenance professional who provides prompt response to Tenant needs. As well, tenants have access to a 24/7 service center number to call and report and building issues.
